As you may already know I am applying to the University of Wisconsin-Madison. As my instructor in all my grades and the level in my grades you are very familiar with my working habits and my studying skills as a hard worker.  In my personal opinion I think I have what it takes to succeed in my college educations and career.  I am asking for this letter of recommendation because I am applying at Wisconsin University-Madison.  I have received an award for helping out at a Nursing home and with that experience I am very prepared to start with my career and working very hard to succeed.
